I don't wish to sound like a self re-enforcing fool who simply makes claims without evidence, but what I said above can be easily observed in real life. It would require more time than I would be willing to commit to provide examples with good context. I must admit, on the other hand, that all people are guilty of picking and choosing. It is only because many religious people claim adherence to their beliefs that they are held to that particular standard.
We don't judge the everyman because of his actions, but we scrutinize the fukk outta law enforcement and politicians because they are expected to uphold certain standards and benchmarks.
I can't observe this in real life because a lot people in my demographic in the black community simply arent religious like that
"Lost his faith in Jesus Christ, he praying to a Bandana"
They basically share the same views as a lot of you...thats why i dropped the poll to prove my point #data
The people who are cartoonishly religious like you guys are describing are older/retired and have a positive impact on the community for the most part unless theyre on drugs
