If black people had the power to make the moves they make should we look out for other races? America uses Israel as a launching pad for its imperialist crusades in the middle-east.
I'd say a majority of the world's countries consider this to be the case, and support Free Palestine.
Yet, because this is America, the government censors anyone who speaks out against Israel, or in support of Palestine, to protect its own self-interest.

So I don't know if I'd consider Israel having a "stranglehold" on the US - they can't start making demands of us, because we'd just pull our military funding from them and they'd get torn up immediately. America's basically nudged Israel into becoming a far-right apartheid state (oh the irony, considering the only reason it exists is due to nazi germany's holocaust on the jews) over the last 50+ years.

A real problem with labeling everyone that calls out Netanyahu for being a right-wing nutjob who runs an apartheid state "anti-Semitic" is that it significanty reduces the impact of calling out actual anti-semites, until we get into the position we're in today - where literal nazis run the executive branch, and nobody gives a fukk because half the global population has been labeled an anti-semite for supporting Palestinians. Many scholars and academics also can get blacklisted as an “anti-Semite” just for speaking out in favor of Palestinians.

The way Israel became a far-right nationalist apartheid state is truly of the most treacherous and horrendous of history's ironies. I'm convinced we live in the fukked up Bizarro universe.
