In the realness sense, nothing.

The only way you get in trouble is if you're doing the acts stupidly in public or you record your acts and put it for everyone out to see.

It is nearly impossible to implement the hadd punishment for fornication or adultery because you need four witnesses who have evidence they saw you do it. And the witnesses themselves have to be fit to stand a trial.

The occurrences of stoning that happened were in the Prophet's lifetime and the people who wanted to be punished admitted to it to the Prophet. The biggest story is a woman who admitted she committed adultery and got pregnant. The Prophet turned her away several times, telling her to have the child, to nurse the child when born, to raise the kid, and she ultimately insisted on the punishment after several more times.

Of course, Allah is all knowing and knows what you do.

And like I said before,

when it comes to stonning for adultery the taliban have been stoning quite a few women , even when the necessary 4 witnesses were not available. all this when there were only 8 cases of stoning adulterers during the 120 years of Bani Ummaya Khalifate
