Im a spurs fan and will say this. We ain't overrated. We get underrated cuz nobody be picking us to go far in the first place.
How are we overrated when we werent even picked to go past first round or second round by everybody except SKIP.
We went to the conference finals with a 20 game win streak then lost 4 games straight against a team that just couldn't miss a damn shot simple as that. When the thunder played miami they couldn't hit shyt cuz they used it all on us.
That equals underrated.
As far as the year before i can give you that we got overrated. Yea manu and duncan was injured but no excuse WE fukkING LOST. Injuries happen we may have lost but we went out swinging that year.
The spurs is the most underrated team the last 10 yrs nobody be expecting us to do shyt if they did we would always be favs but were not. We are always called too old when were not. We got youth and veterans and depth.
Because we did that everybody now all of a sudden following are lead. we are trend setters. Before a big 3 was even said bout boston WE ALREADY HAD A BIG 3. Depth so big your second squad can beat teams. We started that shyt this past season. We were beating teams with our second squad. Adding youth with veterans that can play cohesive WE STARTED THAT this past season
As far as MANU OR WADE GOES. Im like this. Wade is a better defender than manu is and probably a better scorer but has to shoot more to get those points than manu does.
I pick MANU for one reason only he makes his team better with team ball playing. Wade has to do all the damn scoring. Manu can score and get his teammates more involved with his passing to get easier baskets. Wade is not as willing as manu is.
IF wade has a bad night or off night he can't help his team as where manu can get them involved to where they can still win and that is the MAJOR DIFFERENCE
