how you gonna travel when you at practice for a good 8-9 months out the season... with kids that need to go to school.. and a wife who needs to have a home

breh...there are other ways to become a millionaire without running into nikkas full-speed or shooting hoops

Dieon doesn't live in that house anymore. I use to pass it all the time while I was in Dallas and it was very nice. I don't think Brady lives in that house anymore either. Someone already mentioned it but a lot of these players lease these houses or it just ends up becoming a money pit due to the upkeep and taxes alone and they end up selling it. A lot of those cats actually be lonely in those huge ass houses. That Broke 30 for 30 really put shyt into perspective. shyt aint all glittery when you living that life and the party is over. Still I'd love the opportunity to grab one of those joints. I think I like Dumervil's and Beast Mode's the best.

exactly...but a condo for me....

That's what kills a lot of these dudes... going from making < $10m a year down to whatever investments/businesses you have... but you're still paying 100k a year in upkeep on your property plus other expenses...

You've got a better shot introducing him to programming or engineering in general. It's easier on the body too.

If the money is invested wisely, then most players will go broke before their mid-forties.

Unless you are Mayweather, Jigga, or Steven Spielberg, then these homes are easily affordable.

Perhaps look at government auctions or bankruptcies to get a mansion...or move to another country.

Even with them auctions, you still gona get hemmed up when the property taxes are due.

Me personally, i'd be more interested in seeing where the owners live since they are the ones writing the checks and getting the bulk of the NFL revenue shares from all of the players listed.
