That's all there is to it. Arum knows that people were starting to catch up to high robbing ways, but Manny is the only one who is still around. Manny is Arum's only cash cow, and Arum knows that Manny really has a small shot at beating Floyd. If/when they fight and Manny gets his ass whooped, Manny's drawing power as "the guy who can beat Floyd" is shot, and Arum wouldn't be able to make as much off of Manny anymore. So, Arum would rather have Manny fight Bradley, Margarito (after being exposed and beaten by Shane), and Shane (after Floyd whooped his ass) so that he can have more multi million dollar pay days while giving Manny shyt.
