I think that's why Arum keeps stepping in. He wants full control over all the back end money. That's why he'll put Manny in with his own fighters so that he has full control over all the money. He knows if he fukks with DLH or Mayweather they'll call out Arum over shorting his fighters.

ODH- Drained to shyt vs Manny, might even have been a secret catch weight of 145 considering thats what ODH weighed in at, and he refused to fight Cotto at 147 and brought him down to 145 also
Hatton- Mayweather popped his cherry and gave him his 0, Hatton admittingly had deprression/drug issues after the May fight, not to mention he walked around at 180+ his body could no longer drain to 140, which the Manny fight was at instead of 147 vs Floyd
Cotto- Could no longer make 147 after getting brutally beat by Margarito and planned on moving up, Manny drains him 2 extra while he had no issues fighting ODH at 147, not to mention Cotto had no trainer for this fight, Cotto still put on a respected performance and had Manny befuddled with Cotto boxing of the back foot with the jab before the gift stoppage, that HBO tried to force on people. While Mayweather moved up fought Cotto's fight and still dominated him.
Mosley- Mayweather obviously destroyed Mosley(look at the mora fight), after there fight; Mosley has been afraid to commit to his punches and pull the trigger after eating vicious counter after counter from PBF. While Manny fought a Mosley he just had a draw with the contender Mora and had no business getting a title shot after that performance.
JMM- Mayweather won more rounds in 1 fight than Manny did, in 3
