The Pac and Crawford shyt was just really weird. Everybody took Arum at face value. Pac is a top 3 welter so I honestly feel like this is the most overlooked “duck” in history.

I mean when Arum said that he didn’t want Pac to fight Crawford (Freddie said same thing to be fair) people just took that excuse like ok. Manny never said he didn’t want that fight tho. Manny usually just sit in the shadows and dnt speak to much about fights. We do know he spoke out wanting the Floyd match and Marquez 5 but other than that Manny dnt petition for fights too much. But the boxing world just let Arum say Pac didn’t want the fight and that he was scared for his health and people just believed it and didn’t question it , when Pac was and is by far the best opponent Crawford could fight in his stable.

I feel like it was a duck by Crawford via Arum. It ain’t a coincidence that Arum “took” the WBO belt from Pac via horn robbery. Then had Crawford fight for it..That was the easiest way to get the TopRank belt to Crawford.

I agree 100%, the reasoning for the fight never happening never made sense. Like I said it was either A. Bob aint wanna pay Pac pricetag or B. Bob thought Pac may have won the fight and took the WBO belt with him so he set him up against a matchup nightmare for Pac(Horn's style is a terrible matchup for Pac, regardless how sorry he is).
