Vargas (who didn't fight during this time period, but became the #2 in line for the WBO) then fought and beat Sadam '' Ali, and now holds the WBO strap.

the same Vargas that was a right hand in the 12th round away from getting washed by Bradley??? That lil moment of glory is the only reason he still has a semblance of value at this time. he was much better under Roger's tutelage. Spence was on the IBF title hunt. Since Brook is on to other excursions, he's now going the common opponent route with Keith Thurman. Haymon and Spence are doing their best to close off all avenues for these big names to go down and force them to see Spence in the near future. As for Danny....I still believe they're trying to reserve that perfect record and demographic just in case Floyd decides to come back.
