I'm curious too breh, and the two scenarios I see coming out of this is, (1), the cold war does come to an end, but one company ends up like the US, the other ends up like the USSR. So there will be business done between both parties, but with an understanding of who will benefit the most. It's basically an extention of what stopped the Floyd/Manny fight previously, namely the revenue split. Top Rank as of now really isn't in any position to make things difficult, they just don't have the leverage to ask for anything 50/50, and barely have the leverage to get a sympathetic Haymon/Schaefer acquiesce to a 60/40.

(2) The other scenario I see is, the cold war continues with Haymon/Schaefer maintaining a boot on Top Rank's neck, and for that matter any other company as well. See the situation with Adonis Stevenson and Kathy Duva's company. Regardless of which way her lawsuit ends up legally, there are going to be huge repurcussions felt in boxing. If she wins, the playing field will become more even and it will bring Haymon down a notch. If she loses, then I hope Haymon writes a book cuz I'll purchase that on it's release date. He's basically the Jack Welch, Koch brothers, Soros, etc. of boxing.

I think the ONLY reasons Haymon hasn't bolted with Schaefer and started up a new promotional company are that Schaefer most likely has a non-compete clause in his contract and that would leave Haymon with no one to run the promotional side and day to day business while he continues running things in the shadows.

All it will take is someone else with power to step up and build the company with Al Haymon's backing. It'll be the same as when De La Hoya did it, except they'll hit the ground running as the top promotional company in the game.

First time around Pac wouldn't agree to unlimited random Blood withdrawals less than 24 days to the fight.. Floyd would only agree to unlimited blood withdrawals 14 days to the fight.. The fight didn't happen because of a 10 day window.. Nevermind that though because the fight really didn't happen because Floyd was being a bytch demanding unlimited random blood withdrawals in the first place.. In the 2nd negotiations(2011)where in the fukk did you ever hear Pac say he would fight for free.. The fight didn't happen because after Pac agreed to all of Floyds testing demands, Floyd announced that he wouldn't accept any less than 100% back end revenue.. offered pAc a $40 million take it or leave it deal..WHICH ISNT NEGOTIATING. . Pac made that in 2 fights easy.m

Where you're getting the fight for free stuff from is last year when Pac called Floyd out again the bytch Floyd said Pac only wanted to fight him because he needed him for money to settle tax issues... Pac responded by saying he'd fight FLOYD for free if Floyd agreed to do the same and all the proceeds could go to charity...
