98 was a tie though, even though BBTO produced like over 20 NL albums that year alone, while Mannie only had 2 or 3 (Big Tymers and amazing 400 Degreez beats)
99 easily Mannie (BBTP left during summer, their beats for Fiend's Street Life were their highlights that year)
nikka was sampling bodega music and dropping 808s over them
Beats by the Pound weren't innovative enough to keep up with Mannie
Mo.B.dikk might have been the best outta them,but he never really got that push..
Mannie with wolf and funkafingaz was instant magic
I wish he would go back to funkafingaz on bass
he has charles pettaway now doing everything
charles is cool...but some of those early CMR basslines used to have me like

Really? I'll never question Mannie on the beats,he's one of the goats. But that album is meh compared to some off cash money best albums
You can tell he was getting burnt out...
Still had some joints on there, but it was clear he needed to switch up
