no limit shyt aged terribly.

A better comparison woulda been Mannie vs DJ Paul and Juicy J but I think Mannie tops that one too. Mannie is in the Mt Rushmore of producers to me along with guys like Dre and Timbo. Too bad he isn't doing much these days besides djing. The game misses Mannie Fresh

I may have voted too soon becuz I fukk with both camps at least back then. And while I voted for Mannie I mostly still jam No Limit shyt today. The old school Cash Money still go hard too but I find myself listening to the Tank just a little bit more today.

Just a few of my favorite No Limit beats

These are some of those Fresh beats

I gotta change my vote to BBTP. Mannie's production is crisper and clearer with better quality but the grittiness and rawness to Beats By The Pound is too much to overlook.

First off we are comparing one dude vs. a whole crew.

Having said that, it's Mannie. He's just on another level. BBTB was great in their prime though for sure.

@Tha_Mac Good post. Both came in their unique way, both have their own sound, which I have respect for them but at the same time I used to be a hater on them but grew on me.
