Can the Mavs beat the Celtics in the finals?

C's are a bad matchup for the Mavs imo.
Luka won't be able to hide on defense and they have 2 all defense guards plus Brown to throw at Luka/Kyrie. Mavs can put Jones Jr. on Tatum but who's going to guard Brown. If Porzingis is at least 75% healthy, he can draw Gafford/Lively out the paint due to his perimeter shooting.

Will they? Not likely.

It's possible esp if Porzingis isn't 100%. They need him back.

Luka and Kyrie are going to kill the drop coverage. The question is if Washington, Gafford, Lively, Jones, Hardaway, Hardy... guys who've had moments in these playoffs can shine on the biggest stage.

I trust the Celtics more though.

The way luka uses his backside to shield off mcdaniels and other players guarding him while another is in front is just too good



He effectively is taking 2 players out the game probing until he feels the time is right to pass or even shoot

If Boston can’t beat this Mavs roster, they might as well just break up the Tatum/Brown duo and restructure the whole team.
