watched the entire thing... if you asked me to explain this show, i'd be fukked after 1 sentence. seems like a premise/world that could have had endless possibilities and they did... so little with it. just so damn little. i openly admit i could be a complete moron who is missing the core themes of the show... but fukk off, this just reeks of a show people want to love, so they're gonna hype. it feels like something you're supposed to think is amazing, and coming in with the cast it had, everyone probably already co-signed it.

i'm not a big sci-fi guy to begin, but every single thing I've watched with a red Netflix logo slapped on it, that even pertained to science fiction in a minor way has been crap. i don't like any of it... except Black Mirror which was obviously picked up by Netflix, and is amazing. Everything else sucks. Watched a movie about an AI house recently called... fukk if i remember, Gary Oldman was the voice of the house, and man did that suck balls.

Bro Justin Thoreau kills me..he's such a good actor. Emma stone kills this. Fukunaga direction is superb. I'm on episode 7, show is reminding more of eternal sunshine and inception at this point but borrows stylistically from other scifi.

On a side note, i dunno why people like how shows like this are filmed and portrayed. Like save all the corny unique crap and just execute it in a normal way. No one cares that people at starbucks are giving ur shows 10 star reviews and think its a masterpiece because its "different"....thats exactly what this show appeals to
I like surrealistic crazy shyt. It's just a style. It reminds me of Terry Gilliam, city of lost children (not Terry but a similar style), 12 monkeys, Brazil...

This is random as fukk, and was never gonna happen in a million years....but I wish they used the Parental Advisory song "Maniac" for the theme. Even an instrumental version with just the hook.

It was okay. Never truly reached greatness for me. Or possibly even good. Hill was too over the top sometimes. Emma Stone acted circles around him the whole series. Ending was heartwarming though.

It should have been 8 eps. A few of the eps were sub 30 min should have just combined em.

It's funny that these two were in one of the funniest teen comedies of all time in Superbad and are now in this very surreal series.

stop letting other ppls opinion inform yours, give it a try before you say all sci fi shows on netflix are trash
i don't have ten hours to invest in a show i probably won't like due to the subject matter. also, shyt starts Joel Cinnamon or some shyt. nothing about that is jumping out at me, and Netflix has lost my trust when it comes to shyt like that. if i added it to my queue it would be like 40th in terms i show I "have to" watch
