yeah, I thought they were gonna have Volg be dominated by dude just to show the skill difference between them and the world stage....

not to mention the bytchassedness of them dodging Volg until they had a SURE advantage.

Volg is DOING the damn thing, though. Lotta heart being shown.

Need to give it another shot one day, the story is deep and the world is fleshed out as hell. Art gets much better too.

The art improved a LOT as it evolved and the story develops really well once they reach the first major floor (the floor of the test). It's a lot of plot twists, betrayals, hidden agendas and all that.

its not the art. its they way the story is told with the art. the layout and the panel work. shyt is too webcomic like and amateurish. a bunch of talking heads and shyt
