CSM Vol 9. Kind of had a feeling that Aki was gonna die given he was on the cover but not like this.

Finished Homunculus and read 7 volumes of The Fable
Homunculus was wild and certain parts were off-putting, but man that was a good manga
The Fable is fire too. I came in thinking it was a crazy action story but it's funny as hell, it's been a minute since a manga made me laugh like this

This last chapter of Black Clover is exactly why I said that I wasn't going to get hyped about these new characters. Fools all got washed expeditiously, including Yami's sister if it weren't for Asta. I appreciate the little reveal on her and Yami's history, definitely explains why Yami behaves less like the berserker one would expect just looking at the character design.
Speaking of, ain't no Asta trained for a hot 20 minutes and came back strong enough to save the Guardians of the entire country. I see why Yami left this country of jobbers.
