there's three.... gluts in manga right now, as far as I can tell. ("glut" being "everyone is coying the same ideas over and over)
1. Cultivation (I haven't found a good one. what POPULAR series is this based off!?)
2. OP "Rankers" who specialize in using daggers
3. Folks climbing towers.
and let's not ignore the fact that any and all of these may be Isekai

Finished Oyasumi Punpun, it's obviously great and deserves all the praise it gets(the pegasus side plot was pretty boring though), but this was too depressing for me tbh. Been feeling down ever since I finished it lol, sticking to light hearted stuff for the forseeable future.
this right up there with Tower of God i wasn't expecting it to be so good 
After experiencing monster twice (reading and watching), I respect the effort Urasawa to put in to making this, with some parts intriguing. But I definitely still recommend it if you want suspense thriller. But experiencing the middle section of the story actually reading it, I didn't enjoy it that much this time around. This something I won't read again.

Weirdly enough i like Ben less as the story went on.
Intially he just seemed strong and whimsical in the way he flexes bullies the bullies at Eujang.
Now dude is always looking gloomy except when he loses his shyt over someone messing with Alex.
Jake is my guy because he's a fountain of One Piece references
