Now or never. Well, geniuses, in order for any of that to ever manifest, he would need proper opportunities. The same kind you gave Sheamus when he went from feuding with Shelton to taking out Jamie Noble, which for SOME reason got him a title shot against John Cena out of the blue.

If WWE don't capatalize on Claudio/Antonio, they are stupid.

Especially since they wanna push euro big guys like Sheamus, Wade, (and once) Drew, Mason ...

Claudio is arguably better than all of them in every category, and he has the "look" WWE likes.

Give him a good opportunity and let him run with it. 5 min matches with Santino and kissing Aksana doesn't do shyt. Let him interact with a top talent if you think it is now or never.

I like to see smark favorites flop :smugdraper: but this guy never got a real chance. His push is the definition of half assed. "Rugby Player" gimmick, Teddy Long's leftovers, feuding with Santino in 3 minute matches :scusthov: they don't want him to come up.

Please, as if they don't want anything other than talents going around "only speaking until spoken to by their mgmt" or just plain asking how high to jump before they're even told to jump lol! Because that's all they got them doing right now it seems.

I take internet reports with a grain of salt, but if this is true... I can't say he's gotten a real shot to do much yet, so how could anyone make this decision? I mean it's not one of those Chris Walker or Eric Escobar situations where the muhfukka has no chance in hell and it's obvious. You gotta give the new stars more to work with than beating glorified jobbers every week for months at a time. Put him in a real feud instead of just random matches and see how it works out. Otherwise, how the fukk could someone just break out? Nobody's ever "broken out" by doing nothing.

It's simple... if a talent breaking out hasn't happened because he/she hasn't had a chance to, that's the creative team's fault. If they give a talent the chance and then he/she fails, it's his/her fault. Whichever one happens, take it from there. Not sure why this logic is lost on them.

He absoloutely needs to win that belt this weekend, then go on to have a feud with some real talent for it.

Maybe turn Swagger, the American vs. Euro for the US title could be fire, an d Swagger can work but he desperately needs a switch in character

We noted on Monday that there are mixed feelings within WWE regarding Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro reportedly has WWE officials “on the fence” regarding his long-term value to the company. Many within the company view him as a “now or never” talent and they’re hoping he has a breakout moment soon.

In an update on this, it was announced on RAW that Santino Marella will defend the US title on the SummerSlam pre-show against Cesaro. Many people expect Santino to drop the title to Cesaro on Sunday.

As we’ve been exclusively reporting via WZROnline.com, Santino is one of the current mid-card talents who is very frustrated these days and has been openly talking about it. He’s being paid a very low percentage of his merchandise sales and isn’t being given anything extra for the money the company makes off his YouTube.com show. By putting the title on Cesaro, it basically “punishes” Santino for complaining backstage and gives WWE the opportunity to see if Cesaro is going to work out or not. Basically, they’ll give him a run with the title and see how things go.

I like the idea of him beating Santino fairly brutally at Summerslam and debuting this title in place of the US title
WWE_European_Championship.jpg

And then he starts cutting Europe > USA promos, Rugby > NFL, Euro > Dollar etc. Bigging up the Swiss over the US. And then some face (Now that I think of it, Swagger could be ideal for this) vows to beat Cesaro and change the belt back to the US title. That could bring heat for Cesaro and have fans get behind Swagger as it would be an admirable goal. Nationalism FTW :yeshrug:

It's unfair for management to be meh on Cesaro when he's unproven and is doing what he's supposed to do which is squash. He hasn't been in a feud yet and they're thinking of scrappin him? :why:
