Sure. But a number of them don’t. Heard of slumlords?

When in the process of buying my house, my realtor invited me to several events where people were talking about getting into real estate. A lot of the talk was buying property to rent it out. The idea of buying property and having someone else essentially pay for it sounds pretty good to a lot of people.
Crawling into the upper middle class on the backs of the working class is the dream sold to Americans but they never stop and ask why :pachaha:

Then they say"We provide housing" without a shred of irony :dead:

The average Joe isn't climbing the back of the middle class.

To make real profit in real estate you need about 10 houses. How many average joes you know got 10 houses?

Like I said prior, you don't have to rent. Stay with your parents or relatives and save up. Folks proud as shyt to move out the house at 18 then gonna complain about rent :mjlol:

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
If you own a house and you rent it out, you're a landlord. How hard is that to understand?

If you hate landlords so much stay with your parents and save up to buy a house. :manny:
This video is focuses more on housing supply. And actually the YouTuber made this point in the video that staying home and saving is the only way to get ahead

Imma a landlord and I don’t believe I stopped anyone from buying a house.

I bought my house and lived in it. Moved when I got a job offer. A family decided to rent it and not buy a house. :yeshrug:
@Ezekiel 25:17

How many homes would be on the market if all of the people, like you, weren't just not selling their old homes when they moved on :jbhmm:

What would all those available homes on the market do for housing prices? :why:

This isn't rocket science.

Being a landlord is good for you. Great. But you're not doing the world favors :pachaha:

And let's not even get to the very concept of someone's main expense not providing them with any equity.

The problem with landlords is they just can't be capitalists. You can't be the capitalist and the good guy, too. You're the one capitalizing :pachaha:

And guess what, you can be a homeowner and decide to invest your time and money into something other than being a landlord, too. If even lil ol me can do it
