You think? I know it can strengthen the knee but could it also be to much pressure on it at times? I am just asking, I don't know for sure and I know squats are usually a good thing but can it have any negative effects on the knee's?

yeah, i was thinking that was a low number considering you see a lot of knee blow outs in football. plus it seems like there's at least 5 or 6 in the nba.
