Get you a property manager, that shyt will alleviate many of your fears and potential headaches. I have one crib that I have a property manager for and one without one, the former is running smoothly.

The latter is inherited and has been a pain in the ass. I’m selling in April

I’m not in it to make money at this point, but in the future when that becomes the goal I’ll be sure to have a reputable property manager and stay on them about everything

As far as landlords skyjacking rents, fukk them. But when you own it is what it is.

Most landlords have a mortgage on their properties and they can't give the bank your excuses for the mortgage payment.

I rather behind on bills then on rent. As long as i have a roof over my head i know i can get out of it
