Told ya'll.

Snyder is a gump.

Stanley Kubrick's ghost could've produced and Snyder would still make a weak film. He just isn't very good.

But keep coming up with them excuses :comeon:

did snyder participate in the writing/screenplay as well as directing too? Cuz the problem seems to be with the story not look/direction in fact the action/set pieces are the only things that's gettin unanimous praise. Sounds like your gripe is with goyer/nolan :heh:

You're looking at it too simply.

The buck stops with the director.

If the screenwriter's story isn't up to scratch then the director needs to make sure the script redrafted. And often the story is created in the edit which again comes down to the director.

And if anything the action IS getting criticised. I've read a number of comments saying the second half turns into a clusterfukk typical long drawn out action fest.

I've no doubt the film will probably be a solid, entertaining popcorn flick but Snyder isn't capable of putting together a coherent story. People expecting a masterpiece are setting themselves up for a major disappointment.

Been looking at the negative reviews, their gripes with the film.

Too much action
Not enough Lois
Not campy enough

Which is exactly what I was hoping for :heh:

so if the director feels the story isn't to his liking u think he has the pull to get the co-writer (who happens to be the producer who hired him) to re-write the script? U are an idiot, the director (in this situation especially) is for hire. His job is to implement his vision with the material he's given.U think WB went through the trouble to get nolan to spearhead this venture so the buck can stop with the director of sucker punch? :heh: I might be lookin @ it "simply" but u haven't got a clue.

if what u are saying is remotely true shouldnt the producer who greenlit the final edit bear the brunt of the blame or do those duties go to the director too :pachaha:

Where is Superman? The one I've known and loved for more than 50 years is nowhere to be found, replaced by a plastic, uncharismatic Superdude, who'd make a great fashion model, but is a horrid Man of Steel. - bytch ass reviewer
