Marlo didnt shut down the Barksdale crew, he started off winning but he was in over his head before he knew it, and his OG tried to tell him this also. Slim Charles alone eliminated a decent amount of Marlo's muscle, not to mention Slim had the drop on Marlo and his people, he could of murked them before they knew what hit them, had he not waited for Avon who was that much of G he wanted to body Marlo himself contrary to something a nikka like Marlo would do.
