Peep the bytch is the one who was stabbing dude in the back..thats why he pulled the gun out in the first place..he provoked it but knowing he had a gun and was just trying to fight means he just wanted to do just that…the bytch took it to the next level she need to be charged with attempted murder
According to the article dude had a razor in his hands so he wasn't just trying to fight.

"The two exchanged words, which turned physical and led to the 36-year-old to take out a knife or a razor blade.

Police say the 36-year-old put the sharp object down and that's when he retrieved a gun from his jacket.

The 36-year-old started to walk toward the 32-year-old with the firearm, in a menacing way, which is when the fight once again turned physical."

The exact thing can happen with all these road rage incidents. Nowhere is safe in 2024
20+ years I been driving and have never managed to get in a road rage issue. The times I commuted on Bart I witnessed crack and meth use, robberies, belligerent/violent homeless people, a fight, and countless dirty vagabonds with their dikk and ass hanging out walking up and down the car. Like i said, I like my chances driving where I can control my actions and hopefully not escalate anything that could set someone off

Edit: and with the number of mass shootings, that’s one fear I have - someone shooting up a subway car or bus

Yes, at 1:30 you can see him pull it out as the woman in the pink sweater gets up.

Edit, on second viewing it looks like he pulled his arm out of his jacket. But he clearly tosses the knife on the seat before getting the gun so he had on at some point.

No ... you don't.

He puts the jacket down, pulls his pants up, then at 1:57 complains that the dude is not trying to do anything ... both hands are outstretched.
I just seen that and edited my post. But he does throw a knife down before grabbing the gun so he had it at some point. The video didn't catch much because of the angle.

It looks like the black dude was coming at the other dude for no other reason than because he suspected he was an illegal immigrant. He's saying "so you want to beat up cops?", likely referring to the incident a couple weeks ago where some migrants attacked some cops at a shelter. Dude picked a fight for no legitimate reason, got stabbed in the back while holding the other dude down, took it to another level by pulling out a gun, got the gun taken from him and shot with it. This is all on him and he paid the price for it. The shooter should not get charged.

The article and the police are wrong about whose knife it was. I just looked super closely at the whole thing. It was thd Spanish guy's knife and the Black dude picked it up (after the Spanish guy dropped it?, an after the girlfriend stabbed him with it?)

The Spanish guy had the knife and lost it during thy scuffle. The Black guy picked it up.
