Exactly. No need to get involved unless it's a woman or child being beaten and you wanna step in the middle to diffuse the situation. But even still that's not the wisest choice. Imagine if something would've happened to them. Throwing their life away over some people they don't know.If anyone should be charged its the bystanders. The father has the right to protect his children and property. The strangers are the ones who made this an excessive force situation. In most states once someone is subdued you don't have the right to continue using force on them. Sounds like he was jumped to death but oh well, still his own fault.
