Well maybe it he was a better thief he would've made sure there were no children in the car, that the owner wasn't a single mom stopping for gas to go visit her sick child in the icu, that it had a full tank of gas and no alignment issues, that she owned it and wasn't making monthly payments, that there was very light traffic so in case he had to speed around a corner he wouldn't hit any innocent people crossing the street. stealing a car should be a victimless crime and isn't deserving of a death sentence.
