One of the first rules of manhood is to respect women and/or at least seek to avoid conflict with women as much as possible. Because a conflict with a woman forces the men in her life into the conflict. More often than not you will be at odds with someone you would have never clashed with otherwise.
My message to women would also be not to press a small issue or step on toes unnecessarily just because you have people who have your back. Not judging this situation since i don't know it.
