Dont they have lemon laws against stuff like this?
Or is it state by state?
I was under the assumption that lemon laws don't exist for used cars.
I'm checking Google, and they're saying the same thing. Lemoj laws are for new vehicles
I just found this. Here is New York
New-car lemon law: fact sheet
New-car lemon law: fact sheet Lemon law program If you bought or leased a car that turned out to be defective (a "lemon"), the New York State New Car Lemon Lawag.ny.gov
To be covered by the law, the car must meet all of the following conditions:
At original delivery, the car must have been covered by a warranty.
The car must have been bought, leased, or transferred within 18,000 miles or two years from the date of original delivery (whichever came first).
It must have been bought, leased, or transferred in New York state, or presently be registered in the state.
It must be used primarily for personal purposes.
It looks like the car in the article is at least 10-15 years old. No way it's under 18000 miles, so even if this same law pertained to Utah, it wouldn't be eligible
Slippery slope there, no?The n-word doesn't pertain to just nikkas anymore shyt is crazy
