Part of the problem is that there are so few quality used cars compared to years ago so these dealers are taking on cars that would have been wholesaled/scrapped because repairs are so high.

I used to work in loans and I can not tell you how many people would try to get out of their loans in the first two months bc the dealership fukked them and wouldn’t work with them or take their return. Surprised this hasn’t happened more tbh lucky nobody got hurt tho

It's legal for them to sell cars as is with no refund and they aren't obligated to tell them all the things that are wrong with the car if a buyer doesn't ask.
