education has
thats a fair point
I just used to be a really passive individual.. I avoided taking risks & feared any kind of change. That kind of developed into me living in my own world & spending alot of time bullshytting on the computer & whatnot
But lately Ive come to realize that I actually have potential.. but like I said its hard to put thoughts into action. & also I lack crucial life experience that other people my age have
Listen.
Knowing that ultimately NOTHING holds you back, you're going to look back and realize you're unhappy with where you are because you didn't take advantage of YESTERDAY.
Trust me when i say this.
If you want to go to professional school, knock that shyt out NOW.
Make the right moves to get paid NOW. If you want to go into business/finance or science or engineering etc...do that shyt NOW.
don't waste time...because people like us will get really introspective REALLY fast...like super depressed without any impetus.
...you'll wonder why everyone is passing you by when you didn't knock shyt out like you should have DURING THESE DAYS.
I had a mini-existential moment in undergrad and basically lost sense of everything. I was still a capable guy. graduated in the top of my high school class etc. ...but I still had some things I had to figure out.
NOW that I understand these concepts and don't wrestle with the degrees of uncertainty anymore, I'm more able to basically overlook the crushing emptiness of the universe and basically use the system to my advantage.
I don't abide by rules too much. I use them as guidelines. I realize how societies work and how easily people can be manipulated. I understand how logic is used and how to express myself effectively. I understand how to generally get what I want now...all because I simply DO NOT GIVE A DAMN.
Now...you and I might not be the same, but trust me when I say I know what you're going through.
I suggest you hit up some forums or sub-reddits (via reddit) that cater to this sort of topic so you can reconcile some of the thoughts you have swirling in your head and figure out a way to cope and move forward.
