Paulie did hit Broner more than Broner hit him but dudes punches had zero power, which is why Broner kept goading him on.

Paulie was hitting dude with flurries and Broner was laughing at him cause half of the shyts were missing and the ones that did connect had no oopmh

Broner hit Paulie with punches and he was staggering at least 3-4 times

Regardless though, Broner won this fight.

This fight played out exactly how i thought it would.

Power puncher vs Volume Puncher, you pick your Poison.

Paulie out worked Broner but due to the lack of power that Paulie displayed. Broner was walking thru those pillows that were mistaken for punches.

Broner was not afraid of Paulies power what so ever. At the same time tho, I thought he got hit too much in the fight. None the less Broner had the counter right hand that was hurting Paulie all night long in which he had no answer for.

I scored the fight 116-113 Broner. Close fight none the less.

Lots of replay value as well, gonna watch it again.

Why was it a split decision? Wasn't this supposed to be a tune up fight for 147? Can he beat any top fighter at 147?

:damn: I've never followed boxing at all but I've been catching the last couple fights on Showtime. When dude came out with French I was like :heh: one of the funniest entrances ever.

I expected Broner to win and he did, I have no issue with a split decision although the 117-111 was wrong. But I have to give props to Paulie, I did not expect him to be competitive.

Broner is only 20something, so that means we have a decade more of his fukkery :blessed:

Broner is a great fighter, but he his going overboard with is floyd jr act. His post fight interview was too much. But he's a winner, and frankly he can say whatever he wants until someone beats him.

Lets be real..Pauly had no shot. Yeah yeah he was busy, but those punches were weak as f ck. Broner picked his spots, but he did DAMAGE, and he was efficient. I thought it was unanimous, but I understand the split decision.
