How you saw the vid and no one else did? If there are cameras everywhere then that means there should be a security/audit team that monitors the footage.

See... sadly, some gay guys think that its okay to be toxic as long as its to other gay people and a good number of gay folks isolate themselves into the gay space so you outside of it, never hear about the toxic shytshow. Some narcissistic/sociopathic shyt basically but theyll make themselves out to be a victim. My point is you got folks not being 100, not taking accountability for their shyt but want other people to be 100. Its a two way street. I never saw the video. This is second hand information. Most places with cameras don’t have someone watching them 24/7.

In what sort of hellscape do or your friend work?So a friend of mine was telling me about this situation at her job. She's pretty upset about it but she is unsure what to do. The situation is regarding 2 homosexual male employees.
Basically 1 guy started jacking this own dikk through his clothes and then grabbed the other guys hand and forced him to touch the first guy's dikk.
The guy forced to touch wasn't visibly upset but rejected the advance and then rejected several more from the first guy which included attempted nipple grabs and arm kisses.
The second guy has not reported the incidents but it was caught on camera by my friend.
I know this thread isn't from Harlembut if you were in this situation as the one being sexually harassed/assulted how would you want this situation to be handled (whether you are gay or straight)?
If something criminal takes places on your watch and you do nothing and it is proven that you knew or that you should have known you are gonna suffer consequences too. Its one thing if they are all coworkers but she is supervising these people and standing idly by while one gets assualted. I stated that they were both gay in the OP. But just because they are gay doesn't mean the second guy is automatically having sex with him.

As someone that works in HR some of the questions I have are:
Is your friend in management?
Is there a supervisor/subordinate relationship between the two men?
Is there a pattern of behavior?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions she should bump it up the chain of command and let them deal with it. If only to protect herself.

I missed that part. But Im saying that I doubt (possibly wrongly) that they werent already involved and one took his kinky shyt farther than the other wanted to at work.
Then again, Im basing that being a straight man and thinking that a man wouldnt do that with some random woman at work. He may try it with a girl he's hooking up with but not a stranger. But gay men...I cant really speak on whats normal for them I guess.
