5dimes was Caribbean or Central American based but they’re expanding to the U.S. soon, in the mean time I think when Americans were cut off, Canadians were not.

They had some of the best betting options ever, you could do open parlays, they had pleaser bets aka juiced bets for all sports and you could keep them open for future bets. They even let you parlay live bets. I ran it up to 25k + twice on there site but they were also crooks. They never screwed me over but I would always here people saying they stole there money and cash outs being slow.

Another interesting decision, two guys in their 30's were milking the proline off millions, and the Canada Revenue Agency came after them for not paying income tax on their winning..

But the Tax Cour of Canada concluded their winning is not considered "income" and not subject to taxation, read
" On these facts, I have concluded that their gambling activities were of a personal nature. Accordingly, their winnings are not business income pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Act. They are capital gains, and as such, are not taxable by virtue of paragraph 40(2)(f) of the Act"
