I didnt pay attention to the overs at the start of the NBA season, but looks like vegas took notice. I've seen a lot of 210.5 o/u which is lower than last season overall.

Rule changes definitely have something to do with it. They cant set it too low though because teams are still gonna jak.up 30 threes a game because there is no post game
