@NormanConnors @Whips-n-Chains

Appears to be a talent deficit, do you all have any in the recruiting list that’s committed

And is the developing happening??

The db's have bad technique/need to be coached up more or simply replaced with the backup. I dont buy lack of athleticism at all. Cats aren't focused/getting caught slippin. I would say exposal but it was like that last year too. Any decent team we'll have to outscore to win, unless things magically tighten up.

Scheme plays a role but it seems nikkas is lost out here

I’ll review once I free up, our secondary isn’t as talented as it should be or used to be. We do have 2 former SEC players (Speed from UGA, Kimborough from UF) in the secondary, so there’s obviously some semblance of talent.

I personally think it’s players not grasping their zone assignments, which comes down to coaching, particularly that half assed Duck Dynasty DC Scotty Hazelton.

Our best secondary had a 2* and a 3* that played lockdown man to man, but that was fukking 9 years ago already.

Edit: that first play was Kimborough, UF transfer that got burned. He’s obviously talented enough to play some in the SEC, and I too would LOVE to see some actual press coverage.

Def will. EOQ been wild for me

We have three former SEC players in the secondary - Ronald Williams (Bama), Ameer Speed (UGA), and Chester Kimbrough (Florida). Not exactly the dregs of recruiting pools….I think it’s the DC

As you can see some flaws in passing concepts are not giving Justin good outcomes, I also believe he’s gotten paralysis by analysis, he has so many variables he’s not just playing ball, at osu his first to second read was usually wide tf open, the staff should reach out to osu to bring in some of their concepts to the offense to get him comfortable and just playing ball, something that also made my ears perk up, last week was kemets first reception, a Te is a qbs best friend and usually an easy read, that’s madness
