Breh a cop can shoot some one if they are about to cause bodily harm to someone. The girl is clearly on cam with a knife attacking the other girl. We can admit this video is much different then the way social media was portraying what happened. He potentially saved the other girls life. Yes, he could have handled it better but this isn’t a incident to put onto the national stage.

These cops never have their gun out in shoot to kill position when they’re lives are actually in danger but you expect us to believe that the white cop cared so much about protecting lives; so I guess the “running at the cop with a gun” theory was tossed; you’re coming up with other justifications. Until you can address this, you can really keep your opinions because it’s so see through.

None of you agents of chaos can address the factual stats that whites are more likely to be a danger and menace to the police than black people - for cops to be so shook and threatened of what black people will do based on hypothetical scenarios- the only group being caught shooting these cops to shyt on camera aren’t the group they seem to target the most. Why is that? Since you and @CW_1991 seem to have all the conclusions and knows how these cops feel.

A man putting both girls In danger by shooting between them. How was he protecting the other girl she could have just as easily been shot.

He should of went for the taser, but he is going to walk.... if that video is accurate... there is a freeze frame where the young lady is holding the knife in what appears to be a striking position........ I feel like he could've have reached for his taser before his weapon..... that entire scene was fukked up....

this being even remotely considered proper use of force is indicative of an overall failure in police handling of high risk situations

i said earlier they shouldnt have guns..at the very least shooting to kill in this type of scenario is excessive. leave it to swat teams to handle the gun play and make sure they are absolute marksmen who can neutralize a threat without killing if at all possible.

i know this wasnt the case here but cops pulling over cars for trafficviolations shouldnt be walking up to cars with their hand on their pistol ready to light someone up..the onus is then put on the civilian to de-escalate the cop because they are coming in hot cuz they are shook at all times and/or aggressive and out for blood.

i dont know what the feds can do other than issue some sort of nationwide mandate since this is a local/state issue but damn enough is enough already
