And even without the details of his situation, $120K isn't a lot to live off of depending on where you live. Any major (liberal) city will tax the heck out of your income and then you're left too scramble with the lessened amount. San Francisco NY, DC, Boston etc. have people who make six figures and have to live with roommates.

we dont live in a major city, no excuse for this foolishness.

People need to start learning marriage is a business contract. There is no reason to get legally married unless you and your partner plan to grow financially together. If one person is making that much more than the other then I would have contracts drawn up that lay out the financial responsibilities and cut ties to the relationship after it ends because divorce does not end your business contract ie why some people have to pay alimony. Also because that contract isn't "ended" exes can get a cut of your estate or insurance policies when you die. Smarten up people.

He makes 125k but what are his expenses? Hell even NFL/NBA players go broke

he got a big house out in greenfield, 5 bedrooms, 3 door garage and a pool...he probably paying $3k a month EASY for that mortgage, then utilities and shyt and then alimony and childsupport for 3 kids...all that shyt adds up man.

:rudy:

Thats enough to live comfortable in all 50 states. People in those cities with roommates choose to do that dumb shyt so they can live in a specific area.

The high mortgages and range rovers is what kills those income earners pockets
