so you've never had a real job, so you don't even know how this type of interaction would go to tell an employer to just pay your LLC. terrible advice to give when you've never done this yourself

Okay why don't you ask your job and find out for yourelf

If you're too scared just say you're a bytch, people who pay me consulting company do this all the time

Also You can do without THEM EVER KNOWING

JUST YOUR THE TAX ID NUMBER FROM YOUR LLC AS YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SET UP THAT WAY

TELL YOUR JOB NOT TAKE THE TAXES OUT YOUR CHECK, THAT'S IT

THE FACT YOU CANNOT GRASP THIS PROVES YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY TYPE OF FINANCIAL FREEDOM

Naw man it's all good. I think it is good to own because renting in my opinion puts me at the mercy of the landowner. If that person says I have to be gone in the legal allotted time I have to go. All my older stable people own. It was a pride thing I guess growing up in the south. Where I grew up people did not move around. I did not mind moving when it was just me and my wife, but with kids stability is key. I don't see owning as a prison sentence. I see it as money in my pocket because i live in an area that is highly desirable and I can make a profit on the sale of the home. I don't need a 4000+ square foot Mcmansion even though my wife would like it. I need a nice spot to entertain and enjoy. I have a garden that I work every year and my kids like the fresh fruits and veggies. If I have to sell then I sell. It is a little different now that I have kids, but I feel if you are going to be in a place longer than 2 - 3 years you should buy.

no doubt...i understand fully....

i'm in a different place...no wife...2 kids....but one is 21...youngest is 16....

right now my focus is my business and being mobile....

A few Floors Down from the Daily Grind
Your wife's cdn so you know the market up here is :to: for us.

Homeownership is a dead dream, average home is over a million dollars and you need 20 percent down :to:
I know that pain breh. Her best friend lives out side of Toronto and they both work well paying jobs and having to train into the city 1.5 hours each way to be able to buy some 500k house.

You're obviously not very smart

They are not hiring your LLC, they are just paying your LLC
typical dumb ass white man who knows nothing has achieved nothing, but want to act like he know something

a multi millionaire told me this tactic

First of all, you can use Your EIN as your Tax- ID number for ANYTHING

the fact you think you are running a business by having LLC prove you are a moron
it's just a ENTITY, you don't have to be operating a business to be an LLC, IT IS JUST A TAX IDENTIFYING NUMBER

YOU fukkING MORON

If my name is John Smith, and I make John Smith LLC, or fukk it just John Smith DBA
I can apply for any job using the tax identification number, so my social security isn't being taxed, but the business is

Also YOU CAN TELL YOUR JOB TO WITHHOLD TAXES, making you responsible to pay them, they cannot tell you

everything else you stated in your post had zero to do with the fact

congratulation you are a 40 year old simpleton

LLC is a business entity. Your asking your employer to pay your business, not you. Don't make a lick of difference if you actually do any business through the LLC.

And whats the value of having no taxes witheld by your employer, only to pay them yourself unless your trying to write everything off through 'your business' as an expense. It all hinges on your employer paying you as a 1099, which I explained above is not as easy or s benificial as you claim it is.

I really hate smart dumb nikka logic. Listen to what you're saying. You're advising people do something that YOU yourself have never done yourself like it's the simplest thing in the world.

You completely glossed over the downsides which is a TON of bookkeeping and tax reporting you have to do, more tax liability. you will most likely have to hire a CPA to handle everything for you. that's one big time suck. with my current work I opted to do a W2 instead of C2C because I didn't want that headache even tho it could've been a bit more money. Just because I didn't do whatever daymond john tells me doesn't mean I don't deserve financial freedom :why: ol emotional caps lock typin ass nikka

There are pros and cons to both owning and renting.
