What's the problem with that? Especially for Drake pop stuff. Drake even has writing credits on OVO members material he isn't on. More recently writing for Baka etc

Based on listening to his music and there being an obvious Drake style. Based on him having a history of writing for himself and others. For example know yourself / 10 bands it’s not a coincidence that the parts he’s actually flowing and making OVO references etc aren’t referenced. He referred to that in the Semtex interview saying he wrote the whole second half of know yourself (which ppl laughed at but at the end of the day it’s conwriting)

Drake is in a path of his own and he has the heavy weight of being a hit machine so it’s natural he has co written songs. Nobody in music really has that same artistic responsibility in terms of bangers. Dude had songs in the hot 100 for 9 years straight.

We know he wrote Baka new singles and that he has written songs for Alicia Keys, Jamie Fox, writing camps for Dr Dre. He’s helped Kanye write on Pablo (30 hours, before that was confirmed people were saying it sounded Drake -ish)

Drake is the most important part of writing a drake song. If it was simple and he wasn’t important part of that process I’m sure they’ll make another artist who can achieve what he has in no time

I think it's hilarious Drake stans claim nobody cares about the ghostwriting shyt in real life but this is the 2nd or 3rd time Drake or somebody from his camp has had to stop an interview to address it years later.
