I was in the same studio where a MBDTF session was being done at in ATL. Kanye got nikkas in rooms B.
There's an old interview where Nicki talks about how Kanye flew her and all these other rappers/producers/songwriters out to a compound (in Hawaii? I think
) to create MBDTF. He literally had them in rooms writing and recording their parts separately then they sent their portions to him and he 'put the songs together
' and added *his* own verses. Which is how you have songs like 'All Of The Lights' with eight nikkas on them
I remember watching the interview like
I stopped fukking with Ye THEN, and I started referring to his music as Frankenstein music because it's all stitched together with no soul and most of the parts came from somewhere else

And I agree with the point that Kanye's first few albums obviously did not have TEAMS of writers and producers (no one even believed in Ye that much) so it's not a fair comparison
And I agree Kanye's first three albums are not eligible for this conversation because he executive produced them.
