KD has responded to twitter/instagram users both through his own accounts and the burner accounts he was caught with. The latter is a bit more effort than the regular back and forth, so yeah from time to time he reads and responds to both realms of commentary regarding him.
This conversation is not personal on either side so no, it didn’t take much energy at all.
