Only 13 days before Colorado's primary election, Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is fending off fresh attacks on her character.
Boebert is accused of having had two abortions and working as an escort when she was a young adult by American Muckrackers, the same political action committee that targeted incendiary North Carolina Congressman Madison Cawthorn over alleged misconduct.
Through a spokesman, Boebert denied the allegations.
"Partisan organizations putting out blatantly false and disgusting accusations won't stop me from advancing freedom and conservative values," Boebert said.
Boebert's lawyers with Maven Law Group submitted a letter to American Muckrackers Tuesday alleging that they could be liable for defamation in civil and criminal court.
Boebert (R-Silt) tweeted after the allegations were leaked: “Fact Check: Not true. Fake News. Four Pinocchios.”
In the replies to Boebert’s tweet, an account run by American Muckrackers said “if it’s fake news, then sue us” and alluded to additional information on the congresswoman that will be released.
The Twitter account, @FireBoebert, confirmed Wednesday that the PAC had received a “nasty letter” from Boebert’s legal council and claimed that it had been contacted by Fox News for comment about the letter before receiving it.
A press release from American Muckrackers alleged that Boebert, a staunch advocate of attempts to restrict abortion access, first had an abortion in Grand Junction in 2004 or 2005 when she was approximately 18 years old.
Boebert has previously stated that she dropped out of high school her senior year to work at McDonald’s and take care of her first child. Her first son was born in March 2005.

The American Muckrackers release said it is unclear if Boebert’s first alleged abortion had to do with clients it claimed she met on SugarDaddyMeet.com, a dating site that connects “generous” men with “attractive” women. According to the site, the service was founded in 2007.
Photos that appear to be of Boebert wearing lingerie are included in the full report, but the provenance of the images is unclear. American Muckrackers claimed that two of the photos were part of her profile on the dating website.
The group accused Boebert of having another abortion in 2009 at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Glenwood Springs because of “work with a SugarDaddyMeet.com client,” the report said.
American Muckrackers said it did not access Boebert’s medical records, speak with any medical professionals or “hack or receive any medical records or obtain any information in such a way that would violate any Colorado or U.S. laws.”
The group said that the tip came from a source who requested anonymity. It also claimed that the abortion allegations were verified with another source.
Boebert’s experience on SugarDaddyMeet.com allegedly linked her directly with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. According to redacted messages from a source, Boebert met a client on the site in Aspen who was a member of the Koch family, which has supported conservative political causes and candidates for decades.
Through the client, Boebert was allegedly introduced to Cruz, who encouraged her to run for political office.
The “Cruz 20 for 20 Victory Fund” donated $136,250 to Boebert’s campaign in two separate donations in September 2020. American Muckrackers alleged that Boebert did not disclose a $70,500 contribution from Cruz, but a donation of that same amount is listed in filings from the PAC and Boebert’s campaign.

American Muckrackers also alleged that Boebert was involved in an ATV accident with a family member in Utah.
American Muckrackers was also behind attacks against Cawthorn, who lost a primary challenge in May. It released an explicit video featuring Cawthorn days before the election.
The organization is a nonprofit political action committee based in North Carolina. Since registering in April 2021, it has received more than $190,000 in contributions.
Boebert represents Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, which includes Pueblo and most of the Western Slope. She has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump and has a built national reputation as a conservative firebrand since unseating incumbent Scott Tipton in June 2020.
Boebert faces a primary challenge from Montrose State Sen. Don Coram, who is campaigning on his political experience and moderate disposition.

I can say it’s from you.”
“And I was like, ‘No, it’s okay we’ve already gotten him a birthday gift,”Martinez said in an interview with the Daily Mail, adding the fact that she had to call should’ve demonstrated that this was “not appropriate.”
Of course with all the attention, Boebert and the married man grew closer. Martinez began to notice Archambault was often away, spending time with Boebert, whether on or off the clock.
“It was like he pitted her against me. She started inviting him up to her house to cook for her. It was just so inappropriate.”
Then it looks like a line was drawn in the sand in 2018 and both women threatened to file restraining orders against each other. Boebert went forward with this, obtaining one against Martinez after the housewife went to Boebert’s mother’s house looking for her, sent harassing messages to Boebert and her mother Shawn, and defaced Boebert’s license with offensive slurs that read “Demonic W**ch/Fake” and “Witch Jezebel.”
According to Martinez, Boebert, who was also married at the time, began ‘seducing’ Archambault who eventually started spending more and more time with his employer both in and out of the workplace. Archambault is pictured with his mother at the restaurant
Looking back on this now, Martinez said she acted out of character because of insecurity and jealousy due to the situation. She told Daily Mail she is “working through her trauma.”
Archambault, however, dismissed claims of being unfaithful, saying things were strictly platonic between himself and Boebert. “I used to choose work over family. I wouldn’t do that now. Work, money’s important, but it’s not more important,” he said.
Martinez claims Boebert began sending Archambault (pictured at the restaurant) a series of extravagant gifts that she branded as ‘inappropriate’
Boebert, in response, referred Daily Mail to the statement she made in May, where she said “I’ve always been faithful in my marriage, and I believe strongly in marriage, which makes this announcement that much more difficult.
The congresswoman represents Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District. She filed for divorce from her husband Jayson Boebert in May. In a text message to The Daily Beast, Jayson said “The divorce is sad, I did not expect this, I love her with every bit of my heart, she has been my soul mate and she is the mother of my children.”
The situation between the two feuding women came to a head during an incident in 2018, when Martinez defaced Boebert’s driver’s license by scrawling offensive slurs on it, front and back, in permanent ink
Images entered into police evidence and exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com clearly show the words, ‘Demonic Whore/Fake’ and ‘Witch Jezebel’ written across both sides of the license which Martinez found in her husband’s car
And according to RadarOnline.com, Boebert is demanding child and spousal support from her estranged husband.
“The Petitioner (Lauren) has historically been the primary care provider and submits that it is in the children’s best interest that she continue(s) to be the primary residential custodian,” Boebert stated in court documents, per RadarOnline.com.
It’s sad that Boebert is setting such an example for her children by apparently dating a married man. Divorce is never easy for children and they are stuck in the middle of what seems like a truly sad situation.
Both women threatened to file restraining orders against each other with Boebert obtaining one against Martinez in 2018 after she was arrested for trespassing
Boebert herself reported Martinez to police in June 2018, claiming she had come round to her mother’s house, barging in and yelling and calling both her and her mother, ‘psychos’, according to police records
