Fun fact. Under Steve Wilks we were 19th league in run yards allowed. We averaged 4.3 yards a carry.

We weren't as good as the raw numbers implied. If you take a deep dive there were problems.
Defense was terrible against gb and lions, not sure what you trying to say. They won in spite of bad defense. I'm not sure why he was fired, but sundays game definitely had some questionable calls. I don't think he should have been fired, but I get it.

The Bengals ate that defense up. The Ravens ate that defense up. The Lions. The Packers. All you watched... was the Super Bowl. And like most casuals, you saw a pretty good defensive performance for about two hours and thought that was what they looked like all year.
Then at the end of regulation. Couldn't get a stop. End of OT. Couldn't get a stop.
