My closest friend since high school is a serial cheater/player whatever, and that's always been his motto, that and, 'it's not a lie if you believe it'.
Great episode, didn't like some of the Sally/best friend/Mitchell stuff, was needed to put all the pieces together, just didn't care for it. Amazing acting by Jon Hamm when he was spinning in circles in that lobby
when he pulled that cigarette out on the phone like he had accomplished what he wanted all along... i was so disgusted...
Anyone noticed how when Don called Sylvia at the crib to ask for Dr. Rosen he mentioned that his office had said he was home sick? As small as that apartment is, there is no way that was true...
I said it a long time ago, Dr. Rosen got him a side piece somewhere in the city...I want him to be smashing Megan so bad...It's too soap operaish of a story line for Matt Weiner to go down that road though..But then again so was Sally walking in on them...

I think he drove down to the hospital (either virginia or upstate) with his son or whatever, so he called into work 'sick'
A homegirl of mine thinks that Benson isn't gay at all and her theory is that he wants Pete's job. By coming on to him like that, he's hoping that Pete will go off the handle accusing Benson as gay while he vehemently denies it, with the backing of Joan. Pretty interesting theory.
