My closest friend since high school is a serial cheater/player whatever, and that's always been his motto, that and, 'it's not a lie if you believe it'.

Great episode, didn't like some of the Sally/best friend/Mitchell stuff, was needed to put all the pieces together, just didn't care for it. Amazing acting by Jon Hamm when he was spinning in circles in that lobby

i think the whole sally mitchell thing was kinda funny/adorable in a way. then it turned tragic

no pedo though :whoa:

Anyone noticed how when Don called Sylvia at the crib to ask for Dr. Rosen he mentioned that his office had said he was home sick? As small as that apartment is, there is no way that was true...

I said it a long time ago, Dr. Rosen got him a side piece somewhere in the city...I want him to be smashing Megan so bad...It's too soap operaish of a story line for Matt Weiner to go down that road though..But then again so was Sally walking in on them...

I think he drove down to the hospital (either virginia or upstate) with his son or whatever, so he called into work 'sick' :manny:

A homegirl of mine thinks that Benson isn't gay at all and her theory is that he wants Pete's job. By coming on to him like that, he's hoping that Pete will go off the handle accusing Benson as gay while he vehemently denies it, with the backing of Joan. Pretty interesting theory.

Yeah, Sylvia said he wasn't there because they drove to go see the doctor.

:ehh:

Benson did make a face when Pete called the caregiver a degenerate after Benson hinted that dude was gay so he wouldn't fukk his mom. A gay dude isn't gonna come on to someone that just called gay people degenerates.

That makes sense.

That's some 3 steps ahead type scheming if it turns out to be true.

It would kinda be shocking if it's true he's gay but you look back to all of bob's actions it's all been about getting ahead, climbing that ladder. comming on to a partner who has shown no signs of homosexuality could CRUSH your career especially in the 60's.

I thought he was gay watching the episode but reading this thread I think bob is playing Pete and couldn't come at better time being that Pete is at one of the lowest points of his life.

Sally has had one of the worst tv childhood's (for a "normal" life girl) ever. Every damn season something happens involving her that makes me think there's no way she lives past 21 :to:
