So what do we think about ol Harry? Does he deserve to be a partner? He had a point. He brings in lots of income for the company. He's head of the dept thats pretty much the liaison between the agency and Hollywood. Which is a dept that he himself came up with. I remember him saying once how he just peeped that other ad agency's had a media dept so figured that they should have one too.

He's still act jealous and annoying about it. He's cheating in real life is not equal to his wife "cheating" while acting on a TV show and asked his wife if she was planning on her brushing her teeth before she came home....
