Yes he can. Em is gonna use the angle of him being a fan either way. Id rather just let him do it rather then show respect on a song thats meant to disrespect. He can but they been nullified, he can't just rest on that.

Same thing if Budden, Tyler, Earl respond...they have all been influenced by Em greatly, they have all copped to that.
