just got back on lecithin, magnesium, maca, and zinc. Second day and my dikk is getting :gladbron: at the slightest provocation:beli:

what's the dosage you're taking for the zinc, maca, & magnesium? Those are the 3 I was trying to add, plus maybe L-Arginine.

zinc:50mg pills, but I was taking two for 100 mg a day
magnesium: 650 mg. a regular 400 mg capsule and a magnesium-calcium mix pill
maca: 1000 mg of extract, it says that's equavalent to 4000mg of regular maca but I don't know

i stepped my vitamin game as well especially with l-cartinine
more water more cardio believe it or not leg/core exercises help as well

Yes, it works. Another probable route would be consuming copious amounts of watermelon.

Watermelon is among the richest food sources of citrulline. Citrulline gets converted into arginine, which then gets converted into the vasodilator, nitric oxide.
