Okay I'm not going to insult you or anything, but you don't know what you are talking about.

Do you know what the phrase "available for absorption" means and how it applies to macro and micronutrients? do you know what affects a substance's availability for absorption?

In order to get anything from a vitamin pill you would have to take ALOT of it. I doubt anyone is.


The vitamin micro nutrients that I bolded in the post I quoted are specific micronutrients that have never been proven to absorb into your body through pill form better than raw foods. The act of digestion and breaking Foods down is how you receive these nutrients. So tell me how your body is breaking pills down and digesting it when that shyt literally breaks apart as soon as it touches liquid?

While getting my precision nutrition cert, I remember having a full hour having this discussion with someone waaay more qualified and smarter than both of us. I think I'll go with A Doctors fact over your breh breh.


It is a fact that eating raw foods for your ABC vitamin micronutrients is more effective than swallowing a pill that has never been proven to work.

Herbs are a different story. I'm a huge fan of herbs in pill form. Vitamins, not so much.
