you're an adult human being regardless of your sex being an adult you should desire to carry your own weight because that's what adults do. suggesting you feel entitled to that sort of treatment simply because you're a woman and he's a man suggest that you are inferior to him because you're a woman and he's a man and i know you don't believe that do you?
and to the thread starter if you don't have a job you have more pressing matters than to be out there chasing ass. if you can't put yourself out there as you are and be proud of yourself then you have no business dating or trying to fukk with her. women lie, many times their physical appearance is even a lie. fake and artificial things like hair, nails, and makeup all to misrepresent themselves and make themselves appear to be something they're not. let them do that shyt, be a man and be who you are.
