If you gonna lie.Say you work odd jobs (part time) to make ends meet.Telling a woman,where you work and what you do can backfire.Your GF coming to your job everyday aint cool. Say you Help your uncle cut grass,under the table (pause) etc...Knowing women it still wont be enough for them. My last ex gf I did this and it became an issue.Her sister kept wanting to know if I had a job or lets say "real job". Deeper into the relationship ol girl tried to call herself getting me a job.This somehow some way lead to a breakup.Moral of the story. Your job determines alot with women. You get laid off,expect her to be patient with you for a little while,but after a while issues will arise.
